An 8-week, 1:1 coaching program that will help build the foundation and create a customized voice empowerment toolkit of strategies and skills so you can courageously unleash the power of your voice with confidence.

Embrace Her Leadership

Finally, no one is left behind. We all have the potential to build and improve our leadership and communication skills. In this program, teens have opportunities to develop their personal growth and leadership through projects they are passionate about.

They go through the following phases: Ideation, Vision, Planning, Action, and Reflection. They will be coached, guided, and supported by Julie Tang from start to finish.

They will gain a range of invaluable life skills. From project management and public speaking to creative problem-solving and teamwork, our coaching ensures that participants develop a well-rounded skill set that will serve them in all aspects of their lives.
